Dear Friends: I've finally done it. The web site is done and has 6 e-books on it. Only the Indian, Italian and Venison are illustrated but at least it is a start.
I've included a set of venison recipes thanks to our friend Matt who bagged a deer last fall and then brought some venison up for me to cook.
The non illustrated books are a set of oyster recipes in Oyster Madness, the herb recipes and notes I developed for the herb class I taught for 10 years and a Rose Festival Book with some of my recipes on how to cook with roses.
The garden is mostly planted and have to stay in because of the cold wet weather so I can set you news of the books and web site.
